The TranzAlpine will only stop at Springfield if passengers are scheduled to board or alight. If you wish to board the TranzAlpine at Springfield then you will need to book in advance.
Passengers who are booked should arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure and wait at the centre of the platform. When the train arrives, we will greet you on the platform and check you in. Please do not board until you have been given your boarding pass and seat number.
